WASHİNG WİTH VERTİCAL DRYİNG

Cleaning with water the wheat stone, soil, dust and bacteries. Double gasket installed to prevent the mixing the oil and water.

- Wheat enterance place to washing tray, take back and forth to adjust the wheat staying time in the water. Top screw is shaking the water realise the washing transaction with speedy turning.

- Pieces heavier then wheat (stones etc.) fall down to bottom and throw away with reverse revolving screw.

- Throw away the light trash of the wheat with hole of glume when they appear on the surface of water.

- Drifting wheat with top screw going to vertical drying part which operate with centrifuge system. Pallets circulate fast throw wheat to the metal sheet, by this wheat gets rid of water.

- Cleaned wheat (damp) from water tranferred in outlet part on top heading to stocks.
